Privacy Policy
How we collect, use and protect your info, in plain words.
Effective October 20, 2026
The short version
- We collect what you type into our forms, like your name, email, phone and shoot details. We use it to answer you and plan your booking.
- We don’t sell your personal information.
- We only send marketing emails or texts if you ask for them. You can stop them anytime.
- We use common tools from Google, Microsoft and others to run the site, measure visits and run ads. You can opt out of them.
- Want to see, fix or delete your info? Email studio@sellerslice.com.
Who we are
Camas Creative Studio is a photo and video studio at 4800 NW Camas Meadows Dr, Camas, WA 98607. It’s run by SellerSlice Inc. (“SellerSlice,” “we,” “us”). This policy covers camascreativestudio.com, our forms, and the calls and emails you have with us about the studio.
What we collect
What you give us
When you send a booking request, a question, a tour request or a quick inquiry, we collect what you enter. That can include:
- Your name, email, phone number and business name
- What you want to book or shoot, dates and times, group size, add-ons and notes
- A promo or referral code, and how you heard about us
- Anything else you choose to write in a message
When you call or text us, our phone service keeps a record of the call, like your number, the time and how long it lasted, plus any voicemail you leave. If we ever record a call, we’ll tell you at the start.
When you pay a deposit, the payment is handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
What we collect automatically
- Basic visit data. Like most websites, our host keeps server logs. These can include your IP address, browser type, the pages you visit and the time of your visit.
- Where you came from. If you reach us through a link with a tag, like a QR code at an event, we save that tag in your browser for that visit and send it with any form you fill out. It goes away when you close the tab.
- Your booking progress. The booking form saves your answers in your browser while you fill it out, so you don’t lose them. It also goes away when you close the tab.
- Analytics and ad data. We use or may use tools that set cookies or similar tech to measure visits and ads. See Cookies, analytics and ads.
How we use it
- To answer your questions and call you back
- To confirm, schedule and run your booking, and to send deposit links and bills
- To keep records for taxes, accounting and legal reasons
- To see which ads, pages and sources bring in requests, and to improve the site
- To show our ads to people who visited our site (only through the ad tools described below)
- To send marketing emails or texts, only if you asked for them
- To protect the site and our studio from spam, fraud and misuse
Who we share it with
We don’t sell your personal information, and we don’t share it with other companies for their own marketing. We share it only in these cases:
- Our team. Form entries go to a shared SellerSlice inbox so whoever is free can answer fast. Only our staff can see it.
- Companies that help us run the studio. These include Netlify (website hosting and forms), Google (email, fonts, maps, analytics and ads), Microsoft (Clarity site analytics), Talkroute (phones) and Stripe (payments). They may only use your info to provide their service to us, under their own privacy terms.
- When the law requires it, or to protect people, property or our rights.
- If the business changes hands. If the studio is sold or merged, your info may go to the new owner, and this policy will still apply to it.
Some of these companies are in other states. Your info is stored in the United States.
Cookies, analytics and ads
Cookies are small files a site saves in your browser. We use or may use these tools:
- Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager show us how people find and use the site, like which pages they visit. Opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
- Google Ads tells us when someone who clicked an ad sends a request or calls us. Ads may show a Google phone number that forwards to us, so we know a call came from an ad. Google may also use cookies to show our ads to people who visited our site. Manage this in Google My Ad Center, or use the Digital Advertising Alliance opt-out.
- Microsoft Clarity shows us heatmaps and replays of how visitors scroll and click, so we can fix confusing pages. It’s set to hide what you type into forms. See the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
- Google Fonts loads our fonts from Google’s servers, which means Google can see your IP address. It doesn’t set cookies.
- Google Maps. On the home page, the Google map only loads if you tap “Show interactive map.” The About page shows a Google map right away. Google may set cookies when the map loads. Our map preview image comes from OpenStreetMap and loads from our own site.

Your options. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or use a private window. The site still works without them.
Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of ad tracking on that browser. Browsers don’t agree on what “Do Not Track” means, so we don’t respond to it. GPC is the signal we follow.
Emails and texts
- We use your contact info to answer your request. That’s it, unless you say otherwise.
- If you pick “Get updates and offers,” you agree to get marketing emails from us. Every one has an unsubscribe link.
- We only send marketing texts if you clearly agree to them. Reply STOP to stop them anytime. Message and data rates may apply.
- You never have to agree to marketing to book with us.
- Even if you unsubscribe, we may still contact you about a booking or request you made.
Your choices and rights
No matter where you live, you can ask us to:
- Tell you what personal info we have about you, and give you a copy
- Fix info that’s wrong
- Delete your info, unless we need to keep it, like billing records for taxes
- Stop marketing emails or texts
- Stop using your info for targeted ads
How to ask. Email studio@sellerslice.com with “Privacy request” in the subject, or call 888-444-5090. To protect you, we may ask you to confirm your identity, usually by replying from the email or phone number you gave us. Someone you authorize can ask for you, but we may ask for proof that you gave them permission. We’ll answer within 45 days. If we need more time, we’ll tell you why.
Privacy laws in some states, including California, Oregon and Washington, give residents specific rights. Some of these laws only apply to larger businesses, but we’ll honor these requests from anyone. We won’t treat you differently or charge you more for using your rights. If we turn down a request, you can ask us to look at it again by replying to our answer.
California residents
If you live in California, here is what the California Consumer Privacy Act asks us to tell you:
- What we collect: identifiers (name, email, phone, IP address), business info, booking details, visit and device data, and rough location from your IP address. We don’t collect sensitive personal information.
- Where it comes from: you, your browser, and the tools listed above.
- Why: the reasons in How we use it.
- Who gets it: the companies in Who we share it with.
- Selling and sharing: we don’t sell personal information. Ad cookies, like Google Ads remarketing, may count as “sharing” for targeted ads under California law. You can opt out in Cookies, analytics and ads, with a Global Privacy Control signal, or by emailing us.
- Your rights: to know, get a copy, correct, delete, and opt out of sharing, without being treated differently. Use the steps in Your choices and rights.
Health data
We don’t collect health data, including “consumer health data” under Washington’s My Health My Data Act. Please don’t send health or medical info through our forms. If you tell us about an accessibility need for your visit, we’ll only use it to help with that visit.
Children
This site is not meant for children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their personal info. If you think a child sent us info, email studio@sellerslice.com and we’ll delete it. When a minor takes part in a shoot, a parent or guardian handles the booking.
How long we keep it
- Questions and requests that don’t turn into a booking: up to 2 years, so we can follow up and look back at what you asked.
- Bookings, deposits and bills: as long as tax and accounting rules require, usually up to 7 years.
- Marketing list: until you unsubscribe. After that we keep just enough to make sure we don’t email you again.
- Analytics data: as long as each tool keeps it. We set Google Analytics to keep data for 14 months. Clarity keeps replays for about 30 days.
- Server logs: as long as our host keeps them, usually a short time.
When we no longer need info, we delete it or remove anything that identifies you.
How we protect it
Our site uses HTTPS, so what you send is encrypted on the way to us. Only our team can see form entries, and our accounts use strong passwords and two-step sign-in. Stripe handles card payments, so card numbers never touch our systems. No system is perfectly secure, but if a breach affects your info, we’ll tell you as the law requires.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the studio grows or our tools change. We’ll change the date at the top when we do. If a change is big, we’ll put a notice on the site, and we’ll ask for your OK first when the law requires it.
